Cara and her longtime friend, Sam Fiore of Deadbeat Leather have discussed a collaboration for years now and thus came the mix of Deadbeat’s leather goods and Cara’s illustrations. Sam creates one-of-a-kind leather pieces that are sturdy, beautiful, and long lasting. She uses Horween Chromexcel leather in her pieces. Cara’s illustrations for this collaboration were inspired by travel and stitching, bringing Sam’s sewing and Cara’s artwork together seamlessly.
